Scoping & (Optional) Token Allocation We collaborate with the project team to identify high-impact contributions: either by bringing our own ideas or shaping theirs. In many cases, we also secure a small allocation of future tokens via a SAFT or token warrant.
Funding Pool Opens A contribution pool is launched, allowing community members to deposit stablecoins to support the scoped development.
Developers Contribute Developers are matched to tasks and compensated from the pool after delivering high-quality work. Experienced Web3 developers can work as curators and assist in shaping the roadmap or jump in to build themselves.
Post-TGE Token Distribution Once the project launches its token (TGE), the allocated tokens are distributed proportionally to supporters based on their funding share.
